Wishes That Don't Come True...

A year ago today I would have been wishing with all my heart that one day a certain someone would be mine. My wish hasn't come true and despite what I would have told you then, I am here to tell you that I am perfectly happy even if my wish never comes true. I'm going to relate this to a Garth Brooks song, which I hate to do but its the only way to quickly get to my point. "Unanswered Prayers" is the song and it basically states that sometimes the best thing is for those prayers, or wishes to not come true. We need to remind ourselves that sometimes things are better if we don't get everything we want and that life has a funny way of sorting things out.
